Simple yet ingeniously designed, it is splash proof, shatter proof and lacking any unnecessary ornamentation. The antenna doubles as the channel tuner (perfect for wet hands) and its analogue reception is currently more reliable than digital. Strikingly cool and brilliantly practical it is battery powered and robust enough to take on your travels even if you are just heading in to the garden.
A fabulous gadget, it comes as no surprise this little Tykho has won a number of awards including the Accent on Design award in New York. It has also been selected to be part of the permanent collection at the MOMA.
